Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 7 to 9 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive within one week of being placed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak season volume may affect arrival.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders above the threshold shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please review your address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Orders placed through other retailers

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces are fulfilled and shipped under the policies of that retailer. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance with those orders.
